Ingredients

  • 100g of Munster Ermitage
  • sweet potatoes 4 sweet potatoes
  • bacon 8 slices of bacon
  • ciboulette A few pieces of chive
  • cream 4 teaspoons of clotted cream
  • salt Salt
  • pepper Pepper

Preparation

  1. Wrap the sweet potatoes individually in aluminium foil.
  2. Bake for 40 minutes. at 200°C (gas mark 7).
  3. Cut a cap from each sweet potato and remove the flesh.
  4. Mix it with the chopped bacon. Add salt and pepper and fill the sweet potatoes.
  5. Add the diced Munster cheese and the crème fraiche.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes in a grill oven.
  7. Add the chopped chives.
