Mont d’Or mini pizzas
Ingredients
- 1 Mont d’Or Le Montagnon
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 tray of cherry tomatoes
- 2 large mushrooms of Paris
- 150g of bacon bits
- A little bit of chive
- Pepper
Preparation
- Cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Heat a frying pan and pour in the lardons and mushrooms. Recombine them.
- Cut 6cm circles out of the pizza dough.
- Place a spoonful of Mont d’Or onto each pizzette.
- Divide the lardons and mushrooms among the ingredients and add the halved cherry tomatoes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6) and bake for 15 minutes.
- Add a little pepper and chopped chives.
