Gingerbread toast and From’chaud
Ermitage cheese used : From’Chaud
- 500g of From’ Chaud
- 4 slices of gingerbread
- 16 slices of duck breast
- A little bit of fig jam
- Toast the gingerbread slices in a toaster.
- Cut them in half.
- Spread with fig jam.
- Add 2 slices of duck breast rolled into a spiral.
- Heat the From’Chaud according to packet instructions.
Serve with the perfect accompaniments of lamb’s lettuce salad and boiled potatoes.
