Ingredients

  • Emmental Grand Cru Label Rouge 150g of Emmental Grand Cru Ermitage
  • sugar 80g of granulated sugar
  • sesame Seeds of sesame
  • dried apricots 12 dried apricots
  • ham 2 slices of white ham
  • salt Sea Salt
  • pepper Pepper

Preparation

Chips

  1. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (gas mark 6).
  3. Place small heaps of grated cheese on top of each other, each 4-5cm in diameter (approx. 50g of Emmental).
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Repeat until you run out.

Love apple sticks

  1. Cut 80g of Emmental cheese into sticks.
  2. Melt the sugar into caramel.
  3. Spoon out a little caramel and coat the sticks, 1-2 cm thick. Dip in sesame seeds. Do not dip the sticks into the caramel as the cheese may melt.

Stuffed apricots

  1. Cut the apricots in half.
  2. Add a piece of cheese (20g) and some ham.
  3. Serve on sticks.
