Ingredients

  • 125g of brie Ermitage
  • apple 4 apples
  • bacon 6 slices of bacon
  • bread 25g breadcrumbs bread
  • maple syrup 3 tablespoons of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Remove the bottom of the apples so that they are stable.
  2. Remove the core with an apple corer and enlarge the hole, again using the same utensil.
  3. Blend the chopped Brie cheese, chopped bacon and breadcrumbs until smooth.
  4. Stuff the apples with this mixture.
  5. In a baking dish, add a little water and drizzle the maple syrup over the apples.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6).
