Ermitage raclette is easy to prepare: you only need potatoes, cold cuts, vegetables and raclette cheese!

From plain raclette made from pasteurised or raw milk to flavoured raclette cheeses, Ermitage offers a choice of 6 varieties with distinct tastes to please all tastes!

Smoked Raclette : Milk, salt, ferments (including milk), microbial coagulant, preservative: natamycin.

Raclette with chilli : Milk, salt, ferments (including milk), microbial coagulant, preservative: natamycin, chilli (approx. 0.3%)

3-pepper Raclette : Milk, salt, ferments (including milk), microbial coagulant, preservative: natamycin, black, white and green peppers (approx. 0.8%)

Porcini Raclette : Milk, salt, ferments (including milk), microbial coagulant, preservative: natamycin, boletus edulis (2%), boletus luteus (0.2%)

Italian Raclette : Milk, salt, ferments (including milk), microbial coagulant, preservative: natamycin, mix of aromatic plants (0.4%), paprika (0.3%) and tomato (0.2%).

Uncooked pressed cheese flavoured with white summer truffle (1.5%) : Milk, white summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) 1.5%, salt, ferments (including milk), microbial coagulant, preservative: natamycin, flavouring.
