Its artisanal production without additives or colouring agents produces a cheese reminiscent of flavours of the past, bringing a gastronomic touch to all recipes.
Organoleptic tests are carried out regularly to demonstrate the taste quality of the Label Rouge product, which must always be superior to that of similar products.
The Label Rouge must be regularly earned. Only consistent quality allows it to maintain this distinction.
