Reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager, your main tasks are as follows:
- You carry out corrective maintenance on automated production machines.
- You carry out preventive maintenance operations according to the maintenance schedules.
- You contribute to annual maintenance shutdowns of production lines.
- You carry out first level diagnostics on specialised equipment such as PLCs, variable speed drives, control panels, and industrial networks.
- You carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment ancillary to production: energy distribution, logistics equipment, buildings, compressors, lighting, and outdoor equipment.
- You contribute to continuous improvement of the performance and reliability of production equipment (equipment improvement, suggestion implementation).
- You report activities in the management system (CMMS: shift reports).
- You keep the machines on which you conduct preventive maintenance clean and in good working order.
- You contribute to ordering spare parts.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a candidate with a BAC PRO in industrial maintenance with demonstrable experience or a BAC+2 in industrial maintenance. You should have a 3-year experience as an independent maintenance technician in a large-scale industrial production company, if possible on automated lines.
You are familiar with the different areas of maintenance – practice and theory – such as mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics and basic automation. Experience in automation is desirable You have theoretical and practical training in LV electricity and electrical engineering.
You have good interpersonal skills, you demonstrate perserverance, you areresponsive, methodical and thorough. Your ability to analyse and synthesise enables you to make proposals and successfully complete your projects.
Up-to-date LV electrical clearance, HV optional.
Shift work depending on the maintenance sector and the season (2×8, 3×8, weekend, on-call).
Remuneration will be defined according to profile over 12 months + end of year bonus and various other bonuses.
